This work adds to the series:

Picture - State - Place

From an idea instigated by the jazz composition's title 'Round Midnight' by Theolonius Monk.

My work is concerned with creating an experience. It evolves as a concept which refers to a triadic idea from selected aspects of an investigation into fitting in to ideas of place, state and dimension.

My intention is to construct an experience to create an interaction between:
1. the viewing point,
2. the seen object, and
3. the received response.

The notion of ‘switch' and ‘bridge' in the act of viewing, deals with connection and change in the interpretation of an idea. My intention is to create the synergy of the triad as a layered variation on a theme, as an arrangement of: time + mass + space = form.
