My art-work is embedded in the feministic-philosophical theory which is represented by the Milano Womensbookshop and the group Diotima of female philosophers. Especially the "Symbolic Order of the Mother", as Luisa Muraro describes it, is of importance for me. The Apron underlines the continuation of a female geneology and the meaning of one´s own identity.

"My House" 1x2x2,3m
is a coexistence of two different "materials". one half of the house is made with traditional slates from Wales, the other half is rosa apron-fabric. something what is normaly inside of the house I put out - make visible what is in many cases unvisible. I want to show female liberty and force.
